RESTORATIVE CULTURE: JOHNATHAN MORIN

Restorative Culture: Johnathan Morin is a feature documentary and live event experience following Indigenous tap dancer and cultural bearer Johnathan Morin on a personal journey through dance, identity, mentorship, and healing.

 

Presented by Tap Love Tour, the event combines film, live performance, artist conversation, and optional movement workshops to create a powerful cultural experience for audiences, schools, festivals, theatres, and community organizations.

The Experience

Restorative Culture can be presented as a complete evening or community engagement event.

The standard format includes:

- Feature Documentary Screening
- A short performance by Johnathan Morin, with optional guest artist collaboration.

- Artist Q&A / Community Conversation
 

Optional Workshop
Movement and rhythm workshops for dancers, musicians, students, and community participants of varying experience levels.
